Terms of Use

Effective from May 9, 2026

This is a public offer. By registering on Letgram, you agree to these terms. If something doesn't fit — don't use the service. If you've already registered but changed your mind — delete the account from settings or email support@letgram.ru.

1. General provisions

The Letgram service ("Service") is provided by individual entrepreneur Popkova Elena Grigorievna (OGRNIP 325237500062811, INN 230201330074) ("Operator") under these terms and the laws of the Russian Federation.

This agreement is a public offer per Article 437 of the Russian Civil Code. Registration in the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance.

2. Registration and account

Registration is by phone number. One number = one account.
The minimum user age is 14 years. By registering, you confirm you have reached this age.
You are responsible for the security of access to your phone and SIM card. The SMS sign-in code is the equivalent of a password.
Transferring an account to a third party is prohibited.

3. What you can and cannot do on Letgram

Letgram is a service for communication. The basic rules boil down to one thing: respect other people and the law.

Categorically prohibited (zero tolerance):

Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — instant ban and forwarding to law enforcement.
Threats of violence, doxxing, harassment, organized bullying.
Terrorism, extremism, Nazi propaganda, hate speech.
Distribution of drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods.
Fraud, phishing, scam schemes.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn).
Creating botnets, spam mailings, using the Service for DoS attacks.

Prohibited:

Copyright infringement (using someone else's content without permission).
Impersonation — pretending to be another person or organization.
Mass sending of advertising messages without recipients' consent.
Automation aimed at bypassing rate limits and moderation.
Collecting other users' data outside our API.

4. Reports and blocking

Every user-generated object (message, post, story, profile, reel, comment) has a "Report" button.
We review reports within 24 hours.
Possible outcomes: warn the offender, remove content, temporarily restrict the account, or delete it permanently.
You can unilaterally block any user via their profile — they cannot write to you or see your content.
In case of repeat violations after a warning — permanent ban without account recovery.

5. User content

You retain rights to your content. By uploading photos, videos, or text, you remain its author and owner.
By uploading content to Letgram, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit to recipients, and technically transform (compress, generate previews) the content — only to the extent required to deliver the Service.
You guarantee that you have all required rights to the content uploaded and that it does not violate Russian law.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time:
- iOS / Android app: Settings → Delete Account.
- Web: Settings → Delete Account.
- By email: privacy@letgram.ru.
After confirmation, all data is removed from our servers within 30 days (see Privacy Policy).
Recovery of a deleted account is not possible.

7. Paid features (Letgram Premium)

The Letgram Premium subscription unlocks additional capabilities (extended limits, emoji statuses, app icons, etc.).
In the iOS app, payment goes exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase and is governed by Apple's rules.
The subscription auto-renews. You can cancel from your Apple ID or Google Play settings at any time.
Refunds for accidental charges are handled by the respective store (Apple / Google) per their rules.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
We are not liable for content created by users. Reports about content are reviewed within 24 hours.
We are not liable for lost profits, moral damage, or indirect losses, unless required otherwise by law.

9. Consent to personal data processing

By registering on the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data in the manner and on the terms described in the Privacy Policy and per Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes take effect 7 days after publication on this page. Notice is delivered via push notification and/or in-app message. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

The laws of the Russian Federation apply to the relationship between the Operator and the user. All disputes are resolved by negotiation; if not possible — in court at the Operator's place of registration.
